Welcome to MOSTRO 360. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MOSTRO 360 platform, mobile application, desktop application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services") provided by MOSTRO Cybersecurity & Compliance LLC ("MOSTRO," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
By creating an account, downloading our application, or using any part of the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent.
MOSTRO 360 is an all-in-one business automation platform that provides tools for CRM management, marketing automation, AI-powered communication, pipeline tracking, invoicing, reputation management, and related business operations. The platform is powered by Go HighLevel technology and is white-labeled and operated by MOSTRO Cybersecurity & Compliance LLC.

Access to MOSTRO 360 requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy or required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials associated with MOSTRO 360 are the exclusive property of MOSTRO Cybersecurity & Compliance LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant MOSTRO a limited license to process and display that content solely to provide the Services.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Services may integrate with or connect to third-party platforms, APIs, and tools. MOSTRO is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such integrations is subject to the applicable third-party terms.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MOSTRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
MOSTRO 360 is a business automation and CRM platform. It does not constitute legal, financial, or compliance advice. Users are responsible for ensuring their own regulatory compliance.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOSTRO CYBERSECURITY & COMPLIANCE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO MOSTRO IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MOSTRO Cybersecurity & Compliance LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Either party may terminate your access to the Services at any time. MOSTRO may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pasco County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
